A man has been banned from a Malvern pub for a year after harassing a woman.
Daryl Foster cannot go to the Foley Arms Wetherspoons until after July 11, 2023 and has also been given a restraining order to stop him contacting his victim.
Foster, of Worcester Road, Malvern, was found guilty of harassing a woman on September 29 last year when he appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court on Tuesday, July 12.
The 35-year-old was sentenced the next day and given a four-week jail term, which is deemed to have already been served, as well as the restraining order and pub ban.

He was also told to pay £300 in court costs and a surcharge to victim services of £128.
Foster also admitted failing to turn up to Worcester Magistrates Court having been released on police bail. He was given no separate penalty for this offence.
