POLICE have renewed their appeal into a serious crash near Malvern which left two people in hospital.
On April 30, two men were seriously injured when a car and a motorcycle crashed on Castlemorton Common.
Following an initial appeal last week, police are renewing their calls for witnesses, asking anyone who might have seen the crash to come forward.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: "Were you on Castlemorton Common during the evening of Saturday, April 30?
"Two men were seriously injured in a collision involving a car and a motorbike and we need witnesses."
Anyone with information is asked to contact West Mercia quoting incident number 141 of April 30.
Last week saw emergency services confirm two people were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham after the crash.
West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed the two people had suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries after the crash, which involved a car and a motorcycle.
A spokesperson said: "We were called by the police at 7.26am to reports of an RTC involving a car and a motorcyclist on the B4208, Welland, Malvern.
"Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham with a BASICS doctor and paramedic on board attended.
"The motorcyclist, a man, sustained serious injuries and received trauma care on scene before being airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for further emergency care.
"The car driver, a man, also suffered potentially serious injuries and was given treatment on scene before being conveyed by land ambulance to the same hospital for further treatment."
The crash saw the road closed throughout the morning as emergency services dealt with its aftermath.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson confirmed they were in attendance, saying: "Around 7:20am on Saturday 30 April officers received a report of a collision between a motorbike and a car near Castlemorton Common.
"Police officers, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue and West Midlands Ambulance services attended.
"The driver of the car and the rider of the motorcycle were both taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham with serious but non-life threatening injuries."
