A MAN charged with driving with a drug in his system is set to appear in court next month.
Nicholas McNeilage, of Knapp Way, Malvern, had been due to appear before magistrates in Birmingham on April 11, but court documents say he was not present.
The 34 year-old is charged with two counts of driving with a drug in his system relating to October 2021.
The charges allege McNeilage drove in Bromsgrove with 32 microgrammes of cocaine per one litre of blood in his system, as well as having 800 microgrammes of benzoylecgonine per one litre of blood.
The case was adjourned until Friday, May 13 to attend or for a warrant to be issued and for a plea to be entered.
