Crews from Upton, Malvern and Ledbury all attended the fire in Walnut Crescent.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue said: " We were called at 12.02 to a small fire in an electrical box in Walnut Crescent, Malvern. Crews from Malvern, Upton upon Severn and Ledbury deployed and the incident was dealt with using a fire extinguisher.
"Western Power attended and damping down has been carried out."
The fire affected the power of an additional 47 customers in the area.
A spokesperson for WPD said: "Western Power Distribution (WPD) was contacted by the fire service regarding the fire at Upper Wick at 12.22pm.
"We currently have engineers on-site who have de-energised this part of the electricity network to ensure the site remains safe.
"This cuts off power to the property where the fire took place but is also affecting electricity supplies to 47 other customers.
"We are now working to isolate the power supply to the property affected by the fire which will enable us to restore power to the 47 additional customers as soon as possible."
