A special concert in aid of the current humanitarian crisis taking place in Ukraine is set to see some of the biggest music superstars take the stage. 

Ed Sheeran and Camila Cabello are just two of the stars set to perform at Concert for Ukraine taking place at Resorts World Arena, Birmingham on Tuesday 29 March. 

The show will be broadcast live on ITV, ITV Hub, and STV with Ed Sheeran, Snow Patrol, Camila Cabello, Emili Sande and Gregory Porter all taking the stage.

The concert comes as ITV, STV, and Livewire Pictures all join forces with the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) and the Media & Entertainment group Global to bring together names from the world of music for a unique event spreading a message of support and raising funds for the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Camila Cabello said: “My heart is breaking for the people of Ukraine. As refugees from Ukraine join millions of other displaced people around the globe, we all have a responsibility.

"One of the biggest needs is to get funds to organizations who can serve these communities directly, so we’re focusing our efforts on doing that as quickly as we can.”

Emeli Sandé added: "I will be singing to try to help every human being forced to flee their home and in solidarity with those being racially discriminated against even within this humanitarian crisis."

How to get tickets

Tickets for the show go on sale on March Tuesday 22 at 12pm via The Ticket Factory 

Money raised from ticket sales will go towards the support for Ukraine, plus all sponsorship and advertising revenue generated from the broadcast which is set to be £3 million will be donated to the DEC appeal.

So far there have been five names announced to perform at the two-hour special gig with more to be announced in the upcoming days. 

With singer-songwriters, Ed Sheeran, Camila Cabello, and Emeli Sandé all set to perform. 

Plus Gregory Porter and 'Chasing Cars' bands Snow Patrol will help raise money for the Ukraine crisis.
