A social housing association has been taken to court over damp and mould in a Worcester home.
Platform Housing Group is accused of failing to deal with the statutory nuisance at a property in Rose Avenue.
The tenant has filed a complaint for an abatement order to deal with the mouldy conditions, which have been described as 'prejudicial to their health'.
A representative of Platform Housing appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Friday, November 26 for the inital hearing.
They pleaded not guilty on behalf of the group to breaching section 82 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
The case was adjourned until March 17, 2022 for the trial.
