BROMYARD’S famous annual ArtWalk will take place later this summer – and people can now put the dates on their calendars.
At Bromyard Community Arts, organisers are working hard to bring their annual outdoor art gallery to life for the 10 days in August .
From Saturday, August 21, until Bank Holiday Monday, August 30, the windows of shops and salons in Bromyard will be transformed into an art gallery, displaying wonderful works of art including paintings, prints, fabric creations, photographs and sculptures.
Last summer the ArtWalk was a tonic for the town and for the artists, shop keepers, locals and visitors in difficult times.
This year, with more light at the end of the tunnel it promises to be an even more fantastic occasion.
For children there will be an Animal Hunt: find the creatures placed in the windows, all creatures great and small drawn by local children.
A spokesman for the event said: “Come and visit Bromyard and see the collected talents of our artistic friends!”
