FAST: Head camera showing Anna Humphries sledging down the Malvern Hills
This dramatic video shows a woman having fun on a plastic sledge on the Malvern Hills.
Anna Humphries, who is a Bear Grylls instructor and mountain leader, posted the 45 second clip on her Twitter page this afternoon [December 28].
The video shows Anna politely asking people to move out of the way and she thanks them for doing so.
The sledge made such a noise that people heard her well in advance anyway.
She said on her page: "I just sledged from the top of the Malvern Hills to the bottom.
That was quick! Steering was good!
"Thanks to everyone for moving out my way and smiling! Made my day."
