THE fundraising committee have met again and organised some events for the coming summer months, starting straight away with a churchyard picnic on Sunday, June 10, following the family praise service and, weather permitting, will be held in the churchyard.
Bring your own sandwiches and, for a donation, you can indulge in jelly, trifle, cakes, biscuits and various drinks. The picnic will start at approximately 12.15pm.
The mobile library will be at Grove Cottage on Friday, June 8, at 12.35pm.
On June 21 there will be an important benefice meeting at 7.30pm at Bishop's Frome Village Centre to look at the options for a deanery pastoral plan. Church services for the month of June are family praise on June 10 at 11.20am and a communion service on June 24 at 8.30am.
During June and July Pat and Eddie will be round again to those of you who are still saving small change in the honey jar or you can drop it in to Grove Cottage.
