ASBO pensioner Richard Dawe has been sectioned and is in hospital, a Worcester court has been told.
The 81-year-old was due to appear at Worcester Crown Court to answer allegations that he breached his Asbo on eight occasions between October 5, 2014 and December 24, 2014.
He is alleged to have shaken his walking stick at his neighbours in Hollybed Street, Castlemorton, and to have driven erratically towards their sheep while shouting at them.
His barrister Michael Aspinall told the court that Dawe could not appear because he has been sectioned on a temporary 28-day order and is in hospital in Worcester.
The case was adjourned until September 14.
