MALVERN-based children's author Lynne Hallet visited Upton Library to read some of her stories to local children.
Mrs Hallett read stories from her new book, Bear With A Sore Head, to enthralled youngsters at the library in School Lane.
Mrs Hallet teaches English and drama teacher at a local secondary school, and last year, published her first book for pre-school children, Mouse in The House, swiftly followed by Awesome Adventures and Who Cut up The Moon?
Amanda Duncan of the library said: "Lynne's storytelling captivated her young audience who delighted in the simple but wonderfully-illustrated rhyming stories."
