MEMBERS had their first meeting of the year at Ripple Parish Hall on Tuesday.

The proceedings started formally with members being reminded of all the interesting events which they have to look forward to in the next year.

Then, so that members could spend their time talking about their festive activities they had a Beetle Drive. Those who knew what to expect were very excited and those who had never been involved before were riveted.

As the game involved moving from one table to another it meant that members were able to talk about what they had done over Christmas. It was enormous fun.
