A WELL-known Malvern businessman who founded his own roofing company has died suddenly aged 56.
Paul Kenwrick ran Kendeen Plastics, specialiseing in fascias, soffits and guttering, from his home in Longridge Road, Poolbrook.
He was born in Guarlford, near Malvern, and attended primary school at Madresfield, and then the Chase High School.
He worked for some years for Staybrite Windows, before starting his own business in 2004.
The firm will remain in business, run by Mr Kenwrick’s wife Doreen and his son Jez, who was already working for the company.
Mr Kenwrick died unexpectedly on Friday, January 18. A funeral service is being held at Worcester Crematorium next Friday, February 1.
“He was a very hard-working man, who had customers from all across the Malvern and Worcester area,” said Mrs Kenwrick.
“We are going to carry on the business, with Jez running it from now on.”
