Volunteers call A SERVICE dedicated to matching volunteers with suitable opportunities in the Malvern Hills is going from strength to strength.
Between April to the end of November last year, Kay Bromley, who runs Malvern Hills Volunteering, answered more than 200 enquiries from members of the public looking to help out.
Mrs Bromley, whose own role is voluntary, has started a new weekly drop-in session at Malvern Cube (formerly Malvern Youth Centre) in Albert Road North to help cope with the demand.
This runs from 9.30am and 1.30pm on Wednesdays and an existing session at the Worcestershire Hub, in Malvern Library, Graham Road, will also continue to take place between 9am and12.30pm on Fridays.
Anyone unable to attend can call 07872 419646 or email malvernhillsvolunteering@ gmail.com.
