RESIDENTS in Worcestershire who want to spend more time with their family can take advantage of a new service.
Worcestershire County Council's Family Information Service (FIS) is providing a helping hand to families by giving ideas of activities and places to visit.
It can also point people in the right direction who are struggling with conflict, give information on financial support available and about rights as a working parent.
Julie Stevenson, family information service team manager, said: “Families are all different and everyone needs a little help from time to time.
“Our job is to help, give advice or point in the right direction to give you an answer to your question. Our family information officers are impartial, experienced and friendly.”
