IN October a quiz night led by our popular quizmaster Simon Martin was very well attended, the result being a very pleasing £703.87.
In November the annual Christmas fair, also well attended, raised the excellent sum of £858.18.
The highlight of the fair was a presentation made to our president, Dorothea Marsh, in recognition of 40 years as a supporter of Save the Children.
Muriel Mitchell, on behalf of Save the Children, presented Dorothea with cut-glass tumblers.
Our chairman Brenda Barker presented a bouquet from the Malvern Committee.
Thanks were given to both Dorothea, and to Tom, her husband, for all their hard work and commitment to Save the Children over 40 years.
The Malvern Branch would like to thank all of our supporters in Malvern who make these results possible.
We would also like to remind everyone that the MCA charity Christmas card Shop is now open at ARCOS at the junction of Church Street and Avenue Road.
