A BIGGER and better tribute show of smash hits could provide an early Christmas treat next month.

Worcester-based Steve Maitland has been receiving rave reviews and performing sell-out shows as the Canadian crooner Michael Buble since 2008.

Now he is teaming up with the 16-piece In the Pink Big Band at the Evesham Arts Centre for the Big Band Buble Tribute on Saturday, December 1, from 7.30pm.

With the Bournemouthbased band in tow, Steve will lead the audience through a never seen before performance which will include favourites such as Cry Me A River, Everything, Home, Me and Mrs Jones and classic songs from the hugely successful 2011 number one album Christmas.

Steve said fans of the star won’t want to miss the rare occasion.

“The aim is to give the audience a fabulously entertaining evening, not to come along and see a show, but to be part of the show.

“This is one show not to miss for all Buble fans as it has never been performed in the UK before, and maybe it might even be snowing in time for the Christmas songs.”

Tickets are £17 or £15 for members, students and concessions.
