THERE was a very good turnout at the table top sale in Longdon Village Hall last Saturday.

About £450 was raised for Longdon Village Hall.

Those present enjoyed music from Recorder Allsorts, lovely home-made cakes, and meeting friends and local families. Thank you all who came. Thank you to all the helpers and those who came along to support the event.

On Tuesday, the Benefice House Group continues at Dees Cottage, Castlemorton, beginning at 7.15pm.

Come along and shop early for Christmas at Queenhill Church Christmas fair which will be held at the Memorial Hall in Upton-upon-Severn on Saturday, November 24, from 9.30am-noon. Stalls will include bric-a-brac, tombola, craft and gifts, books, cakes and produce, raffles and refreshments. Please come and support us. Donations to stalls would be appreciated.
