POP sensation Cher Lloyd has already turned her attention to writing a second album, despite still riding high on the American release of her debut.
The 19-year-old Malvern starlet bagged herself a top-10 hit with Sticks & Stones, peaking at number nine in the Billboard 200, and she is still sitting pretty in the upper echelons of the US charts at number 67 four weeks after it went on sale.
But now she is looking ahead to its follow-up, taking to Twitter to reveal her thoughts to more than 2.7 million followers on Monday.
She said: “Just sat here thinking about the 2nd album, hmm what to call it?!? Trickkyyyyy!”
The debut’s release on the other side of the pond came on Tuesday, October 2, following a busy period of live appearances on a host of prime time shows such as The Today Show in New York, Dancing with the Stars and The Ellen Degeneres Show in a bid to capture the US audience.
Her platinum-selling single Want U Back continues to prove popular with her Stateside fans 20 weeks after its release – having peaked at number 12, it now finds itself at number 73.
Cher is also keeping herself on the airwaves by making a guest appearance on Sean Kingston’s new single Rum and Raybans and her song Swagger Jagger, which was a number one hit this side of the Atlantic, was the soundtrack on an advert for Real Californian Milk.
She is now bidding to become one of the nominees in the Favourite Breakout Artist category in the 2013 People’s Choice Awards.
In a role reversal from her time on The X Factor, she found herself in the judges’ seat for Disney talent contest Make Your Mark: Shake It Up Dance Off and offering advice to some young performers.
Fans rose to the quirky challenge of mimicking her style, and dressing as her for Halloween to stand a chance of winning a signed poster.
