MEMBERS of Malvern Spa Association turned out on Friday for an All Souls’ Day water blessing ceremony.
Conducted by Rev David Nichol, of Holy Trinity, Link Top, the blessing was at Earl Beauchamp’s Spout on Cowleigh Road, North Malvern.
A different water source is chosen each year and about 200 people hang ribbons in memory of loved ones.
Lionel Shorstone, of the association, said: “I went back up on Sunday and people had tied ribbons to the trees and left messages in the prayer leaves.”
