WEBB Rosemary (Rosey) 1948 - 2021 A memorial service, celebrating the life of Rosemary will be held on Saturday, 23rd April, 2022, commencing at 2.00pm, at Upton Baptist Church. Rosey served on the town council from 2012 to 2021 and was Mayor's Lady to husband Peter who served as Mayor 2013 to 2015. The family hope that her friends and colleagues will be able to attend.
