JAKEMAN Patrick Joseph Passed away peacefully on 23rd October 2023 aged 87 years. A beloved husband of Jayne, much loved father of Dan, Rebecca and Tim and a dear grandfather and great grandfather. Patrick will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. The funeral service will take place at The Forest Of Dean Crematorium on Wednesday, 15th November 2023 at 1:30 pm.
