TURBERFIELD William Henry (Bill the Bell) Former Town Guide and Town Crier of Ledbury from 2000 to 2018 passed away peacefully at Hereford County Hospital on Sunday 3rd September 2023 aged 91 years. Beloved husband to wife Enid, cherished Dad to Helen, Mark, John and Sara, and devoted Grandad and Great Grandad to Jodie, Jordan, Karl, Kieran, Lewis, Lauren, and Myles. Bill will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Monday 2nd October 2023, 1:30 at St Michael & All Angels Church followed by a private family burial at Ledbury Cemetery. Bill's final journey will take the streets of Ledbury, starting from the Homend and will proceed through Ledbury High Street one last time at approximately 1:15pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired for The British Heart Foundation, MacMillan Nurses and Meningitis UK may be placed in the donation box provided or sent c/o Jackson Family Funeral Directors Malvern WR14 4JL.
