OSEMAN Neil Duncan known as Oscar from Colwall passed away peacefully on Tuesday 15th August 2023 at Charles Court Care Home aged 74 years. Also, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday 12th September at 2:15pm ONE OF COLWALL'S LEGENDS WILL BE SADLY MISSED BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
