DIPLOCK Stuart of Cradley. Passed away suddenly on April 21st 2023, aged 72 years. A much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be very sadly missed. The funeral service will take place at St. James the Great Church, Cradley on Wednesday, May 24th at 3.00pm, followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, will be shared between the British Heart Foundation and St. Michael's Hospice. Enquiries to Emma Bouston Funeral Services, 3 New Road, Bromyard HR7 4AH (01885 489900)

I recall Stuart from schooldays at Bromsgrove. Once upon a holiday on the Norfolk Broads when Stuart, Greg and myself, all 6 formers, had decided to moor our boat in the centre of a broad and then decided we needed beer, it was Stuart, a powerful swimmer, who swam ashore, bought the booze, and returned with the beer clutched across his chest, legs kicking, no problem at all. We cheered him on. What a result! Great holiday. RIP Stuart. Jim

Sending my heartfelt condolences to the Diplock family. Stuart was a lovely, thoughtful and generous man, especially during covid. Very sad news. Ex-employee of The Boynes x
