GILLARD Raymond Edward Passed away on 9th April 2023 aged 83 years after a long illness bravely borne. Much loved husband of Pamela, father of Amanda and Jonathan and Grandad to Daisy and Jemima. He will be sadly missed by the family and all who knew him as a caring, kind and generous man who enjoyed life to the full. Funeral service to be held on Monday, 15th May at 2 pm at The Vale Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St. Michael's Hospice, Hereford. I remember Ray Gillard from my time working at Worcester Royal Infirmary, Newtown Branch - long since gone I believe. A man of great presence, integrity and kindness. I remember his pig keeping - and having to meet the important train. “A jobs not finished till the paperwork’s done”.
