CARTER Raymond Vincent Russell 'Ray' Born 8th April 1922, passed away at home, overnight, on September 29th, aged 99. Greatly loved husband of the late Joy Carter. Uncle to Judy, Debbie and Nigel, To Elizabeth and Nigel Carter he was just Very Special. He spent most of his working life at TRE/RSRE. Avid supporter of Malvern Theatres and Past President of MH Probus.
