CECIL WILLIAM JOHN DEE Passed away peacefully on March 28th 2020, aged 89 years. Much loved Husband to Patricia (Pat), Dad to Celia and Michael, Grandad and Great Grandad. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Due to the current situation, there will be a private funeral. A Celebration of Cecil's life will be held at a later date.

We met in December 2003 When you were having your surgery at the Q.E.
