HAZEL THOMAS Died on October 15th, aged 89, after living with dementia for many years. At peace now with Keith. She will be missed by her three Daughters, eleven Grandchildren and nineteen Great-Grandchildren. Happy memories. Burial to take place at 2pm, Friday, November 1st at Malvern Wells Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
