MOORE Katherine Anne Sadly passed away at the Royal Trinity Hospice, London on May 29th, 2018, aged 41 years. Much loved Daughter of Don and Linda Moore and Sister Emma. A Celebration of Katherine's Life will take place at Mortlake Crematorium, London on Thursday, June 21st, at 1.20 p.m. No flowers please.
