LEWIS John Michael 16.11.1957 - 03.04.2018 On April 3rd 2018, John passed away in hospital, with his Family all by his side, aged 60. A deeply loved and cherished Husband of Carol and a very special devoted loving Father to Matthew, Emily, Charlotte and Katie. He will be forever in our hearts. Funeral Service at Sacred Heart Church, Droitwich on Tuesday, April 24th at 12.30 p.m. Flowers may be sent to E J Gumery & Son, Worcester WR3 7EU, or donation of choice.
