HUGHES Ann Passed away peacefully after a short illness, courageously fought in Worcester Hospital on August 30th, 2017, with her Family at her side. Beloved wife of the late James, loving mum to Jim, Linda, Mandy, Sandra, Ibo, Sarah and their Partners. Devoted nan and great nan. Will be missed by many. Funeral Service to be held at Worcester Crematorium on Monday, September 18th, 2017, at 11.30 a.m. Family flowers or donations welcomed to the British Heart Foundation.
