TREMLETT Jean Avril and Pete wish to thank (in no particular order).... Malvern Hospital Lynne and Nikki - Frailty Unit Minor Injuries Unit, especially Chris Mantle . Staff on 'A Wing' for the care and compassion they gave to mum and ourselves. Paramedics. Home Instead Especially Lesley, Claire and Sarah for the wonderful care they gave mum. Nurses on the Malvern Enhanced Care Team. Relations and Friends Anne and Mick, Denise and Ray and Vikki for helping us over this difficult time. Co-op Funeral Directors for a professional yet compassionate Service. Anna Briggs for taking the Service. Steven and Team at Cold Chef for delicious food, Relations and Friends for cards and donations - over £450 for Shaw Trust received. Thank you to you all. It has made such a difficult time a little easier.
