A former school boarding house in Great Malvern is being converted into a five-bedroom house and a three-bedroom house.
Ryall House, a Victorian villa in Albert Road North, was made up of nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms and communal facilities, plus a self-contained one-bedroom flat.
Planning permission has now been granted to turn it into two separate houses, and to demolish a link between it and The Mount, another Victorian property previously operated by Malvern St James.
Three small lean-to buildings will also be demolished as part of the plans.
