Developers want to build two bungalows behind houses in Hanley Swan.
Permission has previously been granted for one new bungalow on land behind homes in St Gabriel’s Terrace, but the plan is now for two homes, plus three parking spaces for each.
A garage belonging to No1 St Gabriel’s Terrace would be demolished to make way for the bungalows.
According to plans submitted to Malvern Hills District Council, there would be solar panels installed on the roofs.
