MALVERN Hills District Council has made a number of technical changes to its corporate comments, compliments and complaints policy.
The changes were approved by councillors at a full council meeting on Tuesday (October 20).
It is hoped the changes will speed up the council's process for dealing with complaints and provide better objectivity with decisions on complaints.
Comments: Our rules
We want our comments to be a lively and valuable part of our community - a place where readers can debate and engage with the most important local issues. The ability to comment on our stories is a privilege, not a right, however, and that privilege may be withdrawn if it is abused or misused.
