A JACK Russell had to be rescued on the Malvern Hills today when he got stuck in some metal railings.
Fire crews were called to rescue the dog, which was in distress after getting his body trapped in the fence at the British Camp Reservation.
The fire service received a call from the owner at about 3.46pm and accesses the spot on the hills via Jubilee Drive.
They rescued the dog using a manual hydraulic spreader and he was returned to his owner.
