PLANNING permission for four new houses in the village of Abberley, Worcestershire, has been granted.
The proposed development at Manchester House, The Common, was approved by Malvern Hills District Council’s northern area development management committee meeting on Wednesday evening (February 4).
Councillors raised concerns about insufficient parking spaces for the new houses and agreed the plans subject to "satisfactory discussions" with the applicant on the matter.
The planning bid was passed unanimously.
